        A protein found in milk is the latest treatment for stress. The protein, lactium, appears to have a calming effect on the body by lowering blood pressure and reducing levels of cortisol, a hormonereleased when the body is stressed.

        最近,科学家在牛奶中发现了一种新的可以减缓压力的蛋白质,这种名为酪蛋白水解物的蛋白质具有镇静作用,当人体处于压力状态下时,这种蛋白质可通过降低血压、降低皮质醇(一种人处于压力下肾上腺分泌出的压力荷尔蒙)来有效缓解压力。

        Chronicstress is linked to a range of conditions, including depression and heart disease. Scientists first began studying the stress-busting qualities of milk over 20 years ago, spurredon by the observation that babies become calm and settled after feeding on milk.
